Unposed Photography allows you to be at home, feel at home, and provide you with treasured memories and moments of your family’s day to day life throughout the time that we spend together!
“Sometimes you will never know the value of something,
until it becomes a memory”
These sessions capture authentic memories doing what you love in the moment.
I want to get those real smiles, candid personalities, spontaneous emotions, nostalgic details, and the real YOU that you’ll want to remember as the years pass and your young ones grow up.
The session fee covers:
A more traditional approach to family photography…….. well sort of! A few informal posed (ish) shots but mostly photos of you all having a lovely time, almost irrespective of the weather; this is an adventure after all so bring your brollies and your wellies if you plan to be outside. This session is perfect for capturing memories in and around your home or at the park. We just go somewhere that means something to YOU and YOUR family. You get to be yourself, where you feel most comfortable. It could be documenting baking fun, arts and crafts, playing, cuddling, bath time, dance parties, or even snack time. (it’s your time to document whatever memories you wish!). This 1 to 1.5 hour session is perfect for showing just a moment of your life with the ones you love.
We start at whatever time of day you prefer. Sessions typically last 3-4 hours, and you will simply go about your daily life. I think of this as a “morning” or “evening” session that captures the beautiful routines you have created within your family. This could be for example in the morning: waking up, making coffee, eating breakfast, getting ready for the day, running errands. In the evening: getting ready for dinner, cooking, eating, bath time, pajamas, reading stories. These sessions are also perfect for a fresh 48 newborn session (captures baby’s first moments with family and siblings), first day at school or even birthday parties.
All the lovely documentary stuff you’d expect in a full day but shorter coverage.
From rubbing the sleep out of their eyes, to resting their heads on their pillows at night, a day in the life goes for as long as your kids do (typically up to 12 hours). I will arrive before your children wake up, and I will spend the entire day with your family documenting all of the every day beauty, silliness, and fun that happens in your home, out running errands, or playing at your favorite park.
A full day’s coverage that document your day from start to finish.
“What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment that’s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.”
