What a beautiful and relaxed, intimate wedding, thank you so much for choosing me to document your special day.
The Wedding Service
The service was was for immediate family and close friends only. It was held at Shaw House which is a lovely Grade I listed building, located in tranquil surroundings on the north edge of Newbury. The ceremony itself took place in the Registry Office on the first floor overlooking the grounds. The sun continued to shine down on the happy couple after the service and Shaw House therefore provided a beautiful back drop.
The Reception
From Shaw House it was a short drive down local roads to an old village pub. Everyone continued to help the lovely couple celebrate.
The Evening
A wonderful meal and a relaxing afternoon in the pub garden lead perfectly to a slow walk through fields to the home of the bride and groom. The evening was spent chatting, watching the sun go down and a BBQ cooked by the lovely groom.
Such a lovely relaxed intimate wedding, I am sure everyone that went would agree.
The following day was day two of the celebrations. This time it was a much bigger affair for all friends and extended family and I will be blogging about that soon………………
